If you're interested in becoming a member of C.A.R. and need the application,
you can go to the Forms page of our website and download the application and application instructions.
Applications must be printed back to back on 8 1/2" x 14" (legal size), 100% cotton
acid-free paper. If you need a supply of paper (a quarter a sheet) or require additional assistance just click the
