The O.S.C.A.R. State Theme

Each year, the National Society Children of the American Revolution creates a National Theme and the National President develops a program that will benefit America.

The 2008-2009 National Theme is "Ensuring American Patriotism"

Working with the Patrick Henry Committee of the St. John’s Church in Richmond, Virginia the funds raised by the National President’s program will go toward the purchase and distribution of the DVD Liberty or Death to school systems across America, Ensuring American Patriotism along the way.
