Winner will be determined from N.S.C.A.R. membership reports.
STATE OFFICER AND STATE CHAIRMAN CONTESTS

National Packet for National Contest requirements.
State Contest requirements are the same as
the National requirements.
Send one copy of National Contest Entry Form
for each contest entered to the Senior State President.
